Christmas Party: 29 December 2019
This is the first time we celebrated Christmas outdoors because the theme for this year’s celebration is “Christmas in Creation”. After a brief introduction of the meaning of Christmas, the volunteers, the parents and the children made their way to The Botanic Gardens by MRT.
A 9-year old boy was overheard telling another boy not to kill the millipede that they saw. When asked why he did not want to kill it, he astonished us with his reply, “It is God’s Creation.” Was glad that the young ones are beginning to understand that even such creatures belong to God. Thanks to our organizers whose spirits were not dampened by the rainy season of December. We must also thank God for granting us a beautiful day to bring the little ones to enjoy His granting us a beautiful day to bring the little ones to enjoy His many wonderful creations.
